Renishaw In-Process Inspection

All five HCN 5000 horizontal mills run Renishaw probes for part location, feature verification, and automatic offset updates. Catch deviations before they become scrap.

Ballbar Accuracy Verification

Semi-annual Renishaw ballbar testing on all horizontal mills. Verified positioning accuracy and confirmation of geometric performance across the work envelope.

Tool Breakage Detection

In-process tool breakage detection with automatic alarm-out. If a tool fails mid-cycle, the machine stops before the next part is cut.

Vision and touch probing for complex geometries and GD&T features. 300×300×200mm measurement volume.

Trimos V7-700 Height Gauge

High-accuracy vertical measurement. 700mm range with ±1.5µm accuracy.

Mitutoyo Optical Comparator

Visual and dimensional inspection of profiles, radii, and fine details on 2D features.

NIST-Traceable Calibration

All inspection equipment calibrated annually to NIST-traceable standards. Certificates on file.
