Metal Essence, Inc. operates a state-of-the-art facility featuring horizontal mills, turning centers, and multitasking machines. Our advanced equipment enables high-volume production and complex part manufacturing with exceptional precision.

All five of our Mazak HCN 5000 horizontal mills are set up identically—same tooling, same fixturing, same programs. This standardization provides built-in redundancy: if one machine requires maintenance, production continues seamlessly on another.

All CNC machines are ballbar calibrated semi-annually to ensure positioning accuracy and geometric performance.
